Tax Residency Rules in Switzerland (in simple language)
You're a Swiss tax resident if Switzerland is your permanent home — where you intend to stay long-term and where your personal life and relationships are centered. You can also qualify if you stay in Switzerland for at least 30 days while working there, or for at least 90 days if you're not working.
