Tax Residency Rules in Denmark (in simple language)
You're a Danish tax resident if you set up a home in Denmark. You can also become one if you stay in Denmark for 6 months or more, or if you're a Danish citizen working on Danish ships or stationed abroad by the Danish government. If you're also a tax resident in another country, a tax treaty (if one exists) will determine where you're taxed — based on where your permanent home is, where your strongest personal and economic ties are, or your citizenship.View Tax Law Source
