Tax Residency Rules in Brazil (in simple language)
You're a Brazilian tax resident if you enter Brazil with a permanent visa, or if you enter with a temporary visa and either obtain an employment contract or stay in Brazil for more than 183 days (consecutive or not) within any 12-month period.
